How to Redeem the Voucher
When booking, you must reference the voucher number associated with your name in our system.
After we confirm your booking, you need to bring the physical voucher (issued by us) to the session or the first in-person meeting.
Voucher Terms & Conditions (Gift and Discount):
Vouchers—whether gift or discount—are valid only for Kovacs Photography services and are not redeemable for cash or refunds.
All vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or at the session.
Each voucher is single-use; once redeemed, it cannot be used again.
For gift vouchers, the voucher value applies to services or packages. If the service exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be paid by the client.
For discount vouchers, the percentage discount is applied to the final total price of the service, package, or product.
Vouchers—whether gift or discount—cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers.
Vouchers have an expiry date. After that date, they are no longer valid unless otherwise agreed.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
Additional charges may apply for travel, studio hire, or products outside the package.
Booking is subject to availability, and standard booking and cancellation policies apply.
Any misuse, duplication, or tampering voids the voucher.
