When Your Session Begins
We start with a relaxed chat—in person, over coffee, or by video, message, or email—whichever suits your family. We’ll discuss location, outfits, groupings, and the session’s vibe so everyone knows what to expect. We’ll also note any special needs (child schedules, time to warm up, accessibility) and keep the pace flexible to fit your family.
The Heart of Your Session
Family sessions are relaxed, patient, and gently guided. Children are given time to settle, explore, and be themselves, because genuine smiles and natural interactions always photograph best. There is no strict posing or rushing — instead, we balance light direction with spontaneous moments so the images feel alive rather than staged.
Safety and comfort are always kept in mind, especially when young children or elderly relatives are involved. The focus is on creating an enjoyable experience for everyone, allowing space for laughter, quiet moments, and the little interactions that often become the most treasured memories.
Where It All Comes Together
When the shoot wraps, we review a curated set of images—often that same day. No rush to decide; this first look lets you see your family’s moments with fresh eyes.
A private online gallery will then be available for you to revisit at your own pace and make selections whenever it feels convenient. Final edited photographs are typically delivered within about a week, leaving you with images that feel natural, joyful, and timeless — Photographs that hold the moments we share with those we love most, turning fleeting time together into a lasting and beautiful memory.
Pricing
Outdoor Family Session Price: from £120 per hour
Includes 5 professionally edited digital images per hour.
Additional images can be purchased at £4.00 each.
The session is billed by the hour, so you can add extra time if needed.
Deliverables:
All images are digital. Prints are available for an additional fee.
Travel Costs:
Travel beyond a 20-mile radius will incur extra fees, based on distance.
